BWA Update!

7 June 2003

I'm aware that Divatron's site went bye bye, but she has recovered it and uploaded it to a new host.  I've changed all the BWA fic links originally linked to Divatron's old site address, to the new site address.

I'm afraid I haven't had much time to do much else concerning BWA, thanks to these exams.  I'll do some more work on the archive this July, when I start my holidays.

Good news!  Not only have I recovered some of my back up BWA files, but I've found links to some of the fics and received three more by the ever-helpful Skyfire!

Expect a whole lot of recovered BWA fics in the near future!  I just have to get permission from the writers.  Many thanks to Skyfire for finding the fics!

"A Common Enemy" by SilverGirl has been added to the BWA Recovery Page.

You might have noticed that some of the fics I used to have, have gone. You can thank Dreamwater for that!  They deleted my account and I lost fics by Lizard, Blue Pard, Zinou, Spider Striker, Larry and Bald Evil.  Great.  Not only that, but the back ups I had for these fics were wiped out by an evil virus.  I am extremely annoyed BUT I may still have another back up.  I just have to find it...  A few of these fics can probably be found at The Realm of Insanity and in time, I'll re-email all the authors and slowly get these fics back up.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  Come April holidays, I'll have time to fix up this section.  Thanks for your continuous support!

Sinead has a printed version of "Trapped" by Jennifer Parsons.  She has offered to type it up so hopefully I'll have that up soon (after I've managed, with a bit of luck, to email her and get her permission to out it up.)

Dawn at the Realm of insanity has started adding Nicki Elseseer's fics to her arhcive.

Nicki Elseseer recently dropped by at The Realm of Insanity's message board and gave us permission to out up her fics.  Dawn, the Realms librarian, has gone and done this and I too will be adding her fics to the BWA Recovery page slowly.  Hopefully I'll have most of them up by next update.  Watch this space!

As you can see there are two links up, one to Mad Jackal's page where you can find his fics as well as the fics of his friends (including Killshandra and Lady Dementia) and a link to Airshadow (Sky Shadow)'s fics, which I have put on my site.

Two new links have been sent to me via e-mail from Leilani that will take you to some of Colibri's fics as well as a fic by Kat peters and Nicki Ellsesser!  Thanks so much, Leilani!  

I know!  I know.  It's been a hang of a long time since I have worked on this section and I am so sorry.  I simply have been so busy preparing for and writing examinations that I haven't had much time to sleep, never mind work on this website!  Anyway, some good news.  I have four of Spider Striker's fan fictions up.  You can have a look at them here.  This July (when I finally get a well-earned holiday) I am totally re-doing this entire site and I hope to get more fics up here.  I still have exams to write but as of July the first, you'll be seeing a lot more updates.  Sorry about all this.

Hello all.  Well, Dawn is still busy coding Stormcloud's fics, and I haven't yet received a reply from Birgit.  not good news.  but there is a little for May.  spider Striker has been contacted by one of my friends and helpers and he is sending in his fics in May.  So, we will have his fics up soon!  Other than that, well, I've been sp busy with school that I haven't been looking for cached fics at www.google.com but I shall when I get the chance.  Hey, if any of you could to it I'd appreciate it!  That's about all for now.  Sorry!

Dawn has located a whole lot of new fics and found some more BWA writers.  This is a good thing.  A very good thing.  She is busy coding Stormcloud's fics and says that when she's finished, she'll send them to me to put up.  She also found a newer e-mail address for Birgit.  I've e-mailed Birgit at this new address in the hope of getting her permission to out up her fics on our sites.  We'll just have to wait and see.  

Just a small BWA update.  I have got a fic by Larry Bignell up and hopefully I can get more from him soon, now that I have his permission.  Also, I have Stormcloud's permission - I'm just waiting for the coded fics from Dawn.  That's all for now.

Hello there.  Great news!  I have got BluePard's entire series up on my site and another fic by Bald Evil.  Also, the link to Stormcloud's website and fics has been updated.  SolarBlaze (HDW) has typed up a hardcopy fic, but it's not up yet as I am still awaiting permission from the author.  Things are looking up!  As always, I ask that if you have any fics from the BWA writers, or if you know their e-mail addresses, please contact me and tell me! You can thank Dawn for BluePard's fics.  That's all for now.

Hello all.  I am sorry to say that I've been quite busy over the past two weeks, so there hasn't been much work done on BWA.  however, Dawn has been coding fics and slowly but surely we are getting feedback from more authors.  I have e-mailed more writers asking for permission to put up their fics, but now it's just a matter of wait and see.  Again, if anyone knows anyone who can help, or of indeed you yourself can aid us, then please contact us via our message boards or e-mail us.  I'll try get more done this week!
